BROUWERS LLC provides services that primarily consist of:
\u2022 rental and mediation of luxury apartments;
\u2022 premium car rental;
\u2022 additional luxury lifestyle services;
\u2022 tailor-made and service-based solutions upon request.<\/p>


Due to the nature of these services, bookings are generally reservation- and planning-based.<\/p>

3. Cancellation by the client<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Cancellation of a booked service must be submitted in writing via email or through the contact form on our website.<\/p>


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following conditions apply:
\u2022 Standard bookings:
Cancellations may be eligible for a (partial) refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation and costs already incurred.
\u2022 Tailor-made services, special requests and custom packages:
These services are non-refundable, as they are specifically arranged based on the client\u2019s request.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Non-refundable costs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The following costs are generally not eligible for a refund:
\u2022 Administrative and reservation fees
\u2022 Costs already incurred with third parties
\u2022 Services already (partially) provided
\u2022 No-shows or early termination by the client<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Cancellation by BROUWERS LLC<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If a service is cancelled by BROUWERS LLC due to unforeseen circumstances, Brouwers will, in consultation with the client:
\u2022 offer an alternative service, or
\u2022 provide an appropriate (partial) refund.<\/p>


BROUWERS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If a refund is granted, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
