BROUWERS LLC provides services that primarily consist of:
• rental and mediation of luxury apartments;
• premium car rental;
• additional luxury lifestyle services;
• tailor-made and service-based solutions upon request.
Due to the nature of these services, bookings are generally reservation- and planning-based.
Cancellation of a booked service must be submitted in writing via email or through the contact form on our website.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following conditions apply:
• Standard bookings:
Cancellations may be eligible for a (partial) refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation and costs already incurred.
• Tailor-made services, special requests and custom packages:
These services are non-refundable, as they are specifically arranged based on the client’s request.
The following costs are generally not eligible for a refund:
• Administrative and reservation fees
• Costs already incurred with third parties
• Services already (partially) provided
• No-shows or early termination by the client
If a service is cancelled by BROUWERS LLC due to unforeseen circumstances, Brouwers will, in consultation with the client:
• offer an alternative service, or
• provide an appropriate (partial) refund.
BROUWERS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
If a refund is granted, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved.
In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government measures, strikes or other circumstances beyond the control of BROUWERS LLC, refunds may be excluded.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall, to the extent permitted by law, be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
BROUWERS LLC reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. We recommend reviewing this page regularly to remain informed of any changes.
