These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, services, bookings and agreements of BROUWERS LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Brouwers”). By using our website and/or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Brouwers provides, among others, the following services:
• rental and mediation of luxury apartments;
• premium car rental;
• additional luxury lifestyle services;
• tailor-made services upon request.
All services are provided exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
An agreement is concluded once it has been confirmed by Brouwers, either in writing or electronically. Brouwers reserves the right to refuse requests at its sole discretion.
All prices communicated by BROUWERS LLC are fixed and transparent and represent the full fee for the relevant service, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments must be made within the timeframe specified by Brouwers. In the event of late or non-payment, Brouwers reserves the right to suspend or cancel the provision of services.
Bookings and cancellations are subject to Brouwers’ Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Brouwers shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or loss of profit damages.
Brouwers’ total liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
In the event of force majeure, Brouwers shall be entitled to suspend or terminate the agreement without being liable for any damages. Force majeure includes all circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Brouwers.
All content on the website, including texts, images, logos and trademarks, is the property of Brouwers or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
The processing of personal data is governed by Brouwers’ Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions and all agreements are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall, to the extent permitted by law, be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
Brouwers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
